Why Bread & Honey Catering?

We have been catering to corporate clients big and small (we love all our clients) for over 15 years, delivering on quality and service with a smile.

What kinds of events does Bread & Honey cater?

We have catered many events from corporate events, business luncheons, training sessions, photo shoots, and more for clients across many industries from tech, medical, pharmaceuticals, fashion & beauty, advertising, media, publishing, finance, non-profits, education and everything in between.

What size events can Bread & Honey cater? All sizes.

We are happy to cater all sizes; no event is too large—or too small—for Bread & Honey (suggested minimum eight (8) guests for delivery).

What level of service does Bread & Honey offer?

We offer pick-up, delivery, and set-up catering. We do not offer full-service and staffing at this time.

How are the items on your menu packaged, presented, served, etc.?

All of our food is served on or in sturdy white or black plastic catering trays or bowls, with pop-off dome lids. They are garnished and ready to be served. All you must do is pop off the lid. These platters are disposable and are yours to keep.

How do I place a catering order?

Simply look through the products for items that best suit your needs and place them in the shopping cart. The check out process will walk you through all the necessary information required for a seamless delivery.

How far in advance do I need to place my catering order?

It’s best to give us at least 48 hours notice. But hey, if your event is today or tomorrow, call us right away, and we’ll get things rolling! (Some restrictions may apply.)

Where can I find allergen information?

I have vegetarians coming to my event. What are my food options?

We have many vegetarian and vegan options we offer; please indicate in the notes if you need to include veg options, or email us at catering @ breadandhoneynyc.com.

How can I get my order delivered?

You can place your catering order directly from this website. Or you can call us at (212) 245-0007 or email us your order at catering @ breadandhoneynyc.com.

Can I just pick up my catering order myself?

Yes, you can order catering to be picked up.

What else is included in my catering order?

All orders come with disposable utensils, plates, napkins and serving utensils.  

Condiments are served on the side.

Cups, stirrers, milk and half & half are served with coffee an tea service. Let us know if you need non-dairy milk included.

What is your delivery policy?

We deliver catering seven days a week from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Delivery is free within walking distance of our production facility between 47th Street to 67th Street, and from 10th Avenue to Seventh Avenue. Outside of our walking delivery range will have a delivery charge.

What is the charge for delivery?

 Depends. If you’re located within easy walking distance from 941 8th Avenue, between 55th and 56th Street, there is no delivery charge. Otherwise, delivery charge starts at $10 up to $40 depending on your location.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We are usually able to accommodate changes made at least three days before your event. Let us know when submitting your order if you anticipate making any adjustments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled event date will be charged 30% of the total invoice. This charge is to cover foods that cannot be used, labor, and jobs we may have declined to accommodate your event.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept credit card payments at check out. If you are ordering by phone or email, we will send you a credit card authorization form to process the payment. We do not at this time accept personal or business checks at this time. 

Is a gratuity automatically added to my order?

We do not automatically add gratuities to catering orders. We are often asked if tipping is customary, to which we respond that some customers do and others do not. The matter is up to you. Gratuities are shared among all who helped prepare and execute your order.
